Multi User access for use over Local and Wide area networks will cater for growing organisations. Al histoical payroll data is available immediately for reporting and enquiry with no need to archived data or restore old databases. The ability to handle multiple types of deductions, allowances, pay classes and other payroll complexities help simplify payroll management.
HR Information – The Employee Information modules provides an Integrated HR and Payroll database to record and manage inductions, skills, training, duties, performance reviews, dscipline records, and exit interviews. Create position descriptons and a employee' lifecycle through the organisation. Preconfigured reports and a report writer are available in conjunction with on-line seach functions.
Employee Self Service – MyStaffInfo is an internet based employee self-service system that allows the automation of manual payroll processes and allows managers and employees to communicate on-line. Employees can view and update their personal details, view leave balances, apply for leave, receive payslips, enter timesheets or access company news and documents. Managers can access team information, including leave and timesheet approval. Managers can also view team leave charts in order to make informed decisions. Automated workflow through to payroll will eliminate the need for paper based processes.
Award Interpretation – Eliminate the need for manual payroll calculations from time capture systems. The Time & Attendance module allows you to specify your award or workplace agreement rules in order to automatically calculate normal time, overtime and allowances. The staff scheduling component will allow you to create recurring rosters and manage staff absenteeism before submitting to payroll. Automated integration to EXO Payroll will deliver a full time capture and payroll system without the manual workarounds.
Time Capture – MYOB offers a range of time capture options from electronic timesheets, PC based time capture software to biometric/swipe-card time-clock hardware. All time capture options are network based and integrated with the MYOB Time & Attendance module.
