Government Department On-Line Job Management System
Indivia has successfully implemented a customised on-line timesheeting and expense claim submittal system integrated with EXO Job Costing, providing the ability for remote employees and contractors to submit timesheets and expense clains on-line, and once approved, to have that information automatically passed to the appropriate job. Timesheet data, expense costs, and attachments are all passed from the web portal to the EXO Job.

Warehouse Scan Picking & Verification
The customer is a provider of IT and software solutions. They required a warehouse scan picking system to capture and verify serial numbers when goods were picked for dispatch. For selected customers with orders over a certain value, they also needed capture of asset tags numbers. Indivia provided an integrated overall solution to meet the requirements.

Sales Forecasting
Indivia created an advance sales forecast report, providing future sales modeling from past sales at certain periods of previous years, and factoring in supplier lead times. The user simply selects a proposed order date, and the report makes its recommendations based on a set of predifined criteria as well as past sales history in similar periods in preceding years. This capability is allowing customers to better define purchase requirements in advance of demand.

Construction Project Management

A major project management organisation in the construction industry selected EXO to manage their large number of jobs. Jobs are grouped and reported by division. EXO has been configured to automatically verify validity of subcontractor invoices against works orders, and generate specific reports for management sign-off.

EDI Integration

A major distributor using an existing EDI system required integration of that system to EXO when they upgraded their management system. Indivia integrated the system, created additional validation checks between incoming order values and barcodes, and generated automatic email reports to key staff on all orders processed via EDI.

Manufacture to Order & Multiple Delivery Runs

A food manufacturer who manufactures to order required the ability to separate hundreds of sales orders across 4 manufacturing locations, then consolidate manufactured items across 26 delivery runs for drivers to pick and deliver. Indivia implemented a solution that generates all manufacturing, picking, truck packing, and customer delivery run sheets in delivery order.

Strata Management Module
Indivia developed a strata management module, fully integrated with EXO accounting and job costing. The module allows customer service staff the ability to search by strata number, find all details of strata's such as building attributes, find all outstanding work quotes, outstanding works orders, strata manager details, contact details, outstanding jobs, outstanding billing information, account balances, job history, and access to images related to the strat number. The strata database contains details on 30,000 strata plans.

Training Organisation Payroll & On-Line Timesheeting

A training organisation with multiple locations engaged Indivia to implement a payroll system with over 3000 cost centres linking to 80 programs for P/L reporting by program. We provided consolidated program financial reporting grouped by division, providing a detailed view of resource costs across all programs.
